Technical Tasks:• Integrated vehicle thermal management analysis including all the sub-systems such as cooling circuit, refrigerant circuit, HVAC, battery, e-motor, power-electronics, IC-Engines for transient drive cycle simulations• 1D system analysis of cooling systems, refrigerant systems for sizing and selecting of heat exchangers, pump, fan, multiport valves, accumulator, electric motor, power electronics and battery packs with various levels of component model fidelity (0D-3D)• Detailed multiphysics 3D component design analyses of battery packs (at cell, module, and pack level), electric motor, inverter, engine, turbochargers and fuel cells Job Profile:• Modeling, simulation and analysis of vehicle components and systems for powertrain cooling and thermal management through pilot projects for OEMs and Tier-1 automotive customers as well as internal development projects • Technical presentations of product portfolio and external projects at customer sites as well as in international conferences• Technical support and trainings for customers of GT-SUITE• Setting priorities for software developers to improve and further enhance software capabilities based on customer requirements and market needs
