Department: Cell Maintenance -Managing the entire shift for high-volume Solar Photovoltaic cell manufacturing machines, equipment’s while ensuring equipment’s & personnel safety.-Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipment’s for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning.-Knowledge and hands-on experience of Thermal process and equipment’s.-Oversee maintenance work of Solar Cell manufacturing machines.

- Handling Cryogenic equipment installation and commissioning work.- Oversee maintenance work of Static Equipment - Oversee  Production of Acetylene and atmospheric gas plants.- Make PRS ( Pressure Reducing Station) for Medical Oxygen service - Handling telemetry installation work at Cryogenic storage tank (Pressure Vessel).-Manage and run Hydrostatic testing of High Pressure Gas Cylinder as per Indian Standards.- Accountable for all technical and statutory compliances at the units.- Research and development on continuous basis to save cost for the company benefit.- Generate great new ideas for the benefit of the company.- Justify technical purchases.- Oversee stores and spares.- Handling Project and Planning

-Handling maintenance work of Rotary Equipment - Responsible for Technical Purchase-Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance-Responding to breakdowns-Diagnosing faults-Repairing equipment-Supervising engineering and technical staff-Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings-Managing budgets-Maintaining statistical and financial records-Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation-Creating maintenance procedures-Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
