Developing the transformation program in partnership with major stakeholders, coordinating and adapting the implementation, following the Transformation directions (HR, Agile Transformation for Retail into Tribes, Data Transformation, new Demand & Change procedure, new SDLC for Agile Software Delivery)Defining and delivering concrete initiatives that enable agile transformationClose collaboration with Senior Management in adapting the agile transformation roadmap, on tribe level, in order to achieve established OKRsCoaching Development Teams, Scrum Masters, Chapter Leaders, Product Owners in achieving agile maturityResponsible for making transparent any organizational impediments found on squad or tribe levelPermanent Inspect and Adapt of agile way of working

Scrum Master for Open Banking (PSD2) (1 squad) and Middleware Development - TIBCO Migration ( 2 squads)Supporting and promoting the Scrum principles and values;Continuous Improvement: supporting the Squad with coaching on further improving the Agile mindset and ensuring that the Squad adheres to the guiding principles of this way of working, its practices, and rules;Enabling the squad’s journey to self-organization and cross-functionality;Managing impediments to the squad’s progress;Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and events as requested or needed;Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Team as well as possible;Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management and transparency;Facilitating decision making and conflict resolution;Teaching and coaching, being the go-to person when it comes to Scrum;Together with the Development Team and Product Owner being responsible for the deliveryImplementing adaptive scaling methods between Middleware teams and other agile squads (ex: CRM)Main achievements:Coaching these teams into reaching agile maturity, they are currently self-managed teams without dedicated Scrum Master, the role being absorbed by team members

Implementing reward strategies and practices that are capable of attracting and retaining talented people that are key to the company’s success or future growth through offering benefits.- Acting as a Recruitment Consultant for IT division, Retail & Sales, Financial Analysis and Risk - Handling special recruitment and assessment projects such as: IT Internship, SME Internship, Management Trainee, implementing and developing talent acquisitions projects, using standardized methods such as assessment centers, personality questionnaire, cognitive assessments - Responsible for management positions recruitment in IT, Risk and Retail divisions, using standardized methods such as assessment centers, personality questionnaire, cognitive assessments - Involved in employer branding activities such as: establishing and developing the relationship with universities and students associations, conducting presentations in events that focus on talent acquisitions, participation at job fairs

- Initiating and managing client contact all through the recruitment cycle – securing the assignment, research, compilation and presentation of short-lists, coordinating client/ candidate meetings, providing support for offer negotiation, closing the project - Responsible for candidate management – identifying sourcing opportunities, approaching and qualifying candidates, interviewing candidates and report elaborating; handling y/n response and offer negotiation - Handling selected projects in designated industries: Energy, Pharma and Medical Care, Logistics, Production
