Fairtrade NAPP is a part of Fairtrade International, certifies farmers and workers throughout the Asia Pacific region.• Coordinated a project focused on gender and youth, with Fairtrade NAPP serving as my entry point into the international development sector.• Successfully conducted a comprehensive series of gender and youth profiling activities in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah, involving 135 participants for gender profiling and 67 for youth profiling.• Assisted in various related tasks, including supporting the Youth Convention, developing Terms of Reference (TOR) for gender and youth initiatives, designing gender posters, providing assistance to two new cooperatives, participating in workshops led by the Country Lead, collecting 15 case stories, and contributing five articles to the NAPP website.• Provided support for the fairinsight and geofencing project.
