CurrentI am the operations lead of the centralized media resource provider for Harvard Business Publishing. Harvard Business Publishing is a not-for-profit, wholly-owned subsidiary of Harvard University, reporting into Harvard Business School.I'm responsible for overseeing the conceptual direction; media and group operations; and all business development aspects of the Broadcast Media Group. I manage the core Broadcast Media Group team and serve as the primary client liaison to the group’s internal clients while overseeing all relevant strategic partnerships, including external equipment vendors, supplemental media providers, and creative talent. I play an active, hands-on role in video, audio, and still-image acquisition and post-production editing; motion-based animation; web broadcasting; public address; and digital asset management and archiving. I plan and supervise all aspects of media production activities, including production budgeting; resource planning; location and logistical planning; and equipment inventory and procurement. I have the great pleasure of working with the Broadcast Media Group members and internal cross-product clients to craft media-rich productions that are compelling and that effectively promote the goals of our clients within the brand standards of the Corporation.
