Working directly with division order manager and accounting department in controlling the accuracy of company's revenue and joint billing division of interest and ownership records in Denver - Julesburg Basin.Working on special projects with necessary reverse/rebook entries with accounting department in unit acreage changes and division order title opinion update.Interacting with working interest, royalty interest, overriding interest owners and governmental agencies in answering complex inquires.Setting up APO decks and updating WI and NRI for all interest ownersReviewing title and suspense while working with the broker to satisfy necessary requirements.Approving necessary pay code changes and transfers of interest in BOLO and Excalibur systems.

Responsible for setting up revenue decks from creating spreadsheets using DOTO including section line wells and entering revenue and JIB decks into Bolo system.Determining WI and NRI for WI, RI, ORRI and NPRI owners. Building BPO and APO JIB decks.Reviewing requirements and title defects while working with interest owners and attorneys on curing title issues.Working directly with landman and owners on interest discrepancies.

Responsible for analyzing Title Opinions, Joint Operating Agreements and other legal documents to determine ownership in operated and non-operated wells.Maintaining Federal Units and working with Federal and Indian lands.Reviewing and processing due diligence for newly acquired properties in McKenzie and Williams County, ND.Creating new ownership decks for an assigned area utilizing Excel spreadsheets and using Excalibur Edge Software.Maintaining ownership decks in Excalibur resulting from transfers of ownership and all changes insuring that oil and gas revenues are paid to the most current owner of the property.Generating Division Orders for new wells and for ownership changes in existing wells.Generating mass changes in Excalibur Software Program affecting ownership, pay codes and pay status codes.

Maintaining lease schedules and lease expirations.Providing net/gross acre reports for executive meetings and presentations.Running title memorandums and ownership in leases and contracts.Preparing lease files and exhibits for sales and trades.Setting up leases and title work after acquisitions, adding to net acreage, Excalibur procedures and setting up lease files with all the necessary information.Coordinating monthly rental payments for oil & gas leases, right-of-ways and road access.Entering and maintaining leases in oil & gas Excalibur system, building exhibits and JOAs.
