Responsible for primary production processes unit (Water treatment; Waste water treatment; Syrup room; Preforms production) where everything must be in compliance with health and safety, legal and company requirements to keep best quality of the finial product and customer satisfaction;Corporate with different departments, teams, suppliers and companies.

In absence of Production Manager, taking over his job activities; Responsible for organization of production on 6 production lines and 5 shift supervisors organized in 4 production shifts; Planning and following maintenance activities of lines to provide better efficiency; Creating and aligning production plans to support sales and marketing activities.

Responsible for the performance of 300 employees which are divided in production of forward-integrated elements and separation department; Establish production teams in each department to have better working environment and people engagement; Relocation of process from Austria to Serbia plant; Finance budgeting (OPEX, CAPEX) and capacity planning; Tracking.

Responsibility coordination of production and performance of 126 employees at under body automatic and manual lines; Controlling the consumption of indirect material; Pillar leader for workplace organization in body shop

Coordination of production and performance of 52 employees (making operational list, procedures and documentation) Ensuring implementation and utilization of World Class Manufacturing, responsible for workplace organization, quality control and health and safety pillar in shift
