Hi there, welcome!I am a people-centered creator with 14+ years of experience in hospitality industry, on both corporate and property level. Most of my career I spent working for an innovative international hotel and leisure company, where I honed my skills in hotel management, internal communication, training & development, event planning, and research & analysis.After the closure of our office, due to acquisition, I decided to take some time off to restore my family’s work-life balance and enjoy my most important role – being a mom to an incredibly smart and tirelessly inquisitive little boy.In addition to that, I’ve learned a new language, did volunteer work, completed countless DIYs and absolutely brainwashed my family on the importance of eating healthy and living a minimum waste lifestyle.After making sure they really reached their breaking points, I went back to work. I joined a new concept in the hospitality industry called A-STAY, which is built around technology innovation and offers a la carte solutions to modern day travelers. In addition to that, and because I am a strong believer in paying-it-forward, I share my knowledge (and gain some in the process) by teaching classes at the local university.As a person, I am creative, energetic, growth and service oriented, enjoy solving problems and love to write, speak and listen. People tell me I'm also skilled at seeing and adding value and quite talented at building consensus.
