Custumer Support Engineer
CurrentAs a contractor for 3E company, I am responsible for providing technical support to our customers using our SaaS platform, SynaptiQ. My tasks will include but are not limited to the following:•Assisting with the helpdesk and ticketing system, performing offsite analysis and guidance in the installation of equipment.•Understanding clients' needs and translating this into a good technical solution.•Supporting clients in getting the most out of their usage of SynaptiQ.•Taking a client and business-oriented approach while focusing on optimal communication, processes, and project management.•Assisting the onboarding team with the deployment of assets into the SynaptiQ platform.•Proposing creative solutions to improve or automate internal tools and processes, discussing development roadmap, and implementing solutions
