The Philadelphia Theatre Company's Teen Council is the bridge between the Administrative Office and The Suzanne Roberts Theatre. The Philadelphia Theatre Company's Teen Council is one of the unique aspects of the theatre company. The Teen Council permits a fresh and new outlook on theatre through the lens of Philadelphia teens. It gives Philadelphia youth a voice. Doing so, while allowing the company to see what role theatre plays in the younger generation's lives, teaches the teens, that similarly to life, in theatre there is no role big or small. There is the cast and the crew and they all do their part because in theatre it is about the ensemble, not just the lead role.
