Planning & Engineering project setup at GTW

Roles & Responsibilities :• ERP:Manage and Analysis of the Operation Management, receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate distribution center. Analysis about daily order area via & giving the intimation to Operation & logistic team to all necessary requirement arrangement time.• Data Interpretation, Analysis using different kind of data which I am receiving from Distribution center & Last Miles. Data Management & Reporting to our Operation Developer team.• Inventory-Plan layout through analysis and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full distribution center optimization,• Team Management i.e Manpower allocation, resolving their daily issues, salary issues, week off etc• Communicating on the regular basis with planning and technical team to optimizing the resources through giving suggestion to them on our enterprise resource management ie POS• Communicating with DC & last mile team for issues like order mismatch, mis-shipment, late delivery & taking appropriate actions for resolving these issues.• Managing the smooth order procurement for daily orders in Super Store Retail.• Reducing all bottlenecks for smooth operation in INBOUND /OUTBOUND operation.

Analysis about daily order area via & giving the intimation to Operation & logistic team to all necessary requirement arrangement time.• Kaizen, ABC Analysis & 5S (SCM, Inbound ,Packaging & Outbound Process) implementation in office & Distribution center for the improvement of Productivity...• Statistical Analysis using different statistical tool like ( SAS, Excel)• Conduct training for all new SOPs to fellow teams member & lower teams as member of Large Coach Training committee. • Develop & trained new technology in distribution center like HHD ( Hand Held Device).• Inbound-Coordinating BD teams for any vendor issue, mismatches (color, configuration).• Logistics-Coordinating line haul teams for arranging vehicles to all hubs according to peak, sale period.• Outbound-Managing the requirement of Inter warehouse transit activity for North reason. • Experience with Data Solution in the field of Demand Planning, Forecasting & SCM Analytics.• Project Management & Kaizen: Increasing picking efficiency, FIFO for output efficiency, reutilization of packing materials, Correct loading pattern etc.

Worked as an Engineer (Mechanical) in J.K Cement works, Nimbahera ,Chittorgarh Project undertaken: • Installation & commissioning of wagon loader & truck loader packer in Packing Dept. • Cross functional training in all departments(Crushing dept. to Packing dept.)
