Was a part of the Corporate HR team responsible for designing innovative talent programs applicable to employees across the globe. Work closely with the team in driving these programs across five regions in 33 countries. The role required coordination with a diverse group of HR Teams across regions.Responsibilities included drafting, reviewing and revising Global policies as needed on a periodical basis. Ensuring HR deliverable are met wrt. carrying out activities of this team to help set up offices in new locations across the globe e.g.: research on local labor laws within the region etc. Act as a single point of contact for all Project Management related activities across global locations from an HR standpoint. To work closely with the other HR functions to achieve success in projects assigned. Such projects could be related to career development, leadership development, employee engagement activities, performance management, employee value proposition, competency framework, succession planning etc. Design processes, policies, systems and then pilot launch them to measure effectiveness. Later, work out a detailed roll-out plan for each process across the globe and hand hold the country HR management team in implementation on the ground. Also, design effective organisation-wide communication to have these percolated down to all levels of the organization

Responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating innovative strategies for the recruitment of staff and providing a steady pool of highly talented applicants to the organization so as to ensure the organization is able to achieve its mission in line with the growth plans. This position was also responsible for overseeing the selection process of candidates, which includes advertising, interviewing, coordinating starting dates and processing paperwork associated with newly hired and transferred employees across global locations.Additional Responsibilities:Represented the HR function and was a part of the Project Management Team with deliverables across global locations from a rollout perspective.
