I'm the type of person who is quite flexible about everything. According to people, it's became a bad habit if it's left like that. But for me, things like that are my abilities and strengths. I will try to be as flexible as possible if the conditions force me to do it. If I have to work over time, I will do it and i will finish it. If I feel a little bit lazy, i will try to find something interesting for me and it will bring sense of enthusiasm again and the last one if i fell enough, for example my work has not been completed by the deadline, I will give what I have done and will explain that my current ability to this extent which will later become a new experience and will open new perspective for self-correction.Well, when I was asked about weakness, what's on my mind is I can work in a team, but sometimes I can't. Depending on the individuals in the group, I can be an authoritative person, and conversely I can be isolated person on that group. That's why, I really want to increase the experience on the team in order to become a person who able to lead many people with good attitude and charisma.for work experience, I'm very helpful if the vacancies you provide can add insight and new work experience for me and also I hope I can have a good working relationship with any company.
