Core Responsibility:As a Project Reporting Manager, I ensure efficient communication between ROKPA HQ and the international project teams. I support project execution according to ROKPA project guidelines and oversee project activities and budgets.Tasks:- Collaborate with colleagues at HQ and on-site to provide project information and impact statistics. - Monitoring and evaluation of project activities and financial control of project expenditures.- Preparation of regular narrative and expenditure reports for donors- Support in project conception and implementation.- Template optimization and introduction of a Project Management System.
