A passionate life long learner. I have years of experience in working with people. I began as an educator, group facilitator, and educational entrepreneurs mentor. My current position involves teaching young people about the real world of careers through developing Community Young Intern program, which gives students a taste of career day by placing them with mentors from different professional fields. when i'm not assigning students as employees, I offer 21st Century skills programs they will need in the future; working with various sectors in the Israeli society and connecting people to achieve social-impact. Throughout my career, I worked also as a project and operations manager, customer relationship coordinator, recruiter and community manager. I have a high skill set in education methods and project/program management. Self-driven with the strong ability to drive solutions from idea to production. predicts results and raises a red flag. I'm able to see the big picture but also detail oriented. Also, i have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and excellent critical thinking skills.I love to help people to find opportunities and the way to success.
