🔹 Credit audit of 532 customers under all LOBs - Loan Against Property (LAP), Supply Chain Finance (SCF), and Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) performed in FY 21.🔹 Root Cause Analysis (RCA) done for 146 accounts, which included less than 24 MOB delinquent cases in 30+ DPDs.🔹 Catalyst in reducing the error rate in UBL by 75% through conducting trainings for the underwriting team. 🔹 Initiating discussions with the Policy team to revisit and revamp the existing policies basis observations.

🔹 Management of activities related to Wild Wisdom Quiz 2015 - Asia’s Largest Wildlife Quiz, a WWF-India endeavour. My responsibilities included communicating with schools in Delhi, visiting them, and encouraging them to participate in the quiz, co-ordination with the volunteers for delivery of the invites to the schools. Apart from outreach I was managing the website and the admin panel for the Quiz. Along with this I was involved with the dispatch of the communication material to the schools and state offices of WWF-India.
