1- Acting as a SPOC ( Single Point of Contact) for all MNC Clients of the firm2- Client servicing under the following heads:Day to Day Accounting: Journal entries, Sales input, Purchase inputs, Ledger balancePayments: - Monitoring and controlling Accounts Payable and Receivables on behalf of the clients - Documentation and processing foreign payments - Preparation of Form 15 CA and Form 15 CB - Compliance management under DTAA (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements)Taxation: - TDS – Deduction, Deposit, Returns filing and issue of TDS certificates - Service Tax – Deposits and Returns filing - Sales Tax - Deposits and Returns filingBank Reconciliation InvoicingPayroll servicesMIS preparation on accrual as well as actual basis Facilitating internal audits Budget Preparation and Cost analysisCoordinating with bank authorities on behalf of clients for banking or related activitiesClosure of books of accountsKnowledge of Tally ERP 9, RPU Utility (eTDS returns) and Spectrum (Service Tax, TDS and Income tax returns)
