Logistics Duties • Supervise to process Customs Clearance &Manage deliveries in a timely manner• Coordinating with International Supplier/Shipper, Shipping Line or Freight forwarding, and to domestic transporter.• Arranges transportation and forwarding services and to ensure material will be delivered as per scheduled.• Document preparation for Export & import Sea freight and Air consignments.(LCL&FCL)• Documentation & submission through E-MirsalI,II and E-Clearance Bill of Entries (Dubai Customs)• Preparing invoices and receipts• Arranging the transportations & coordinating with the Transporter• Preparation of Exit/Entry Certificates (Dubai Customs)• Coordinating with transport department of the organization to ensure timely delivery of the consignment to the clients.• Ensure proper coordination with the clients.• Keeping track of the sales and customer complaints.• Attending incoming customer’s inquiry in order to clear their requirement.

Procurement Duties • Maintain purchase order data.• Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.• Extract the best quote for the given job order after multiple feasible search of the goods and services• Export, Import booking & arranging documents & transportation by sea to China, India, Turkey sector• Monitoring of ship’s ETA that we need to coordinate with Customers for obtaining Shipping Instructions.• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing• Communicate with the suppliers concerning the enquiries, follow-up, negotiation and monitoring the deliveries • Provides back-up support to Sales group members in the performance of job duties as required.• Drive smooth co-operation with Marketing, Finance, Sales and Manufacturing in order to deliver the business goals and high level of customer service• Track orders and ensure timely delivery• Review quality of purchased products• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed• Preparing Goods received note
