A considerable portion of my development took place at Myer. From setting up the Megamart concept to joining the Entry Level Business Management program (12 month internal course for selected candidates), through to Business Manager, Project Manager for Doncaster Myer / Shopping Town re-development and finally to Senior Store Management, Myer gave me a great platform to build my business career on. Developing almost every facet of retail through a multitude of internal programs, I was able to understand the intricacies of running a business end to end, Finance to HR and Buying to Selling, notwithstanding most crucially, the art of customer service and negotiations.
