• Responsible for supervising drayage staff and making sure they are following company policies. • Monitoring delivery details/ customer service and customer satisfaction• Review and audit drivers log and inspections while working closely with Safety & Compliance• Working with 15+ station managers throughout the U.S, ensuring that imports/exports are picked up and handled safely. • Train both dispatch team and IC drivers on new processes, adjusted processes, and onboarding. • Ensuring all company equipment (Tractors, chassis, trailers, etc.) is inspected properly within state and company regulations. • Manage reporting demurrage, per diems, and AR in the drayage department. • Entering PROs in company software (Aljex) for load recoveries, driver pay, backhauls, etc. • Keeping track of driver settlement reports and reviewing/correcting any discrepancies. • Handling all Non-Severe/Severe accident and incident reports for 25+ drivers

• Finding loads to service on DAT board (backhauls) • Communicating with brokers to ensure quality service and negotiating rates • Dispatch 55+ drivers (Tractor Trailers) on a daily basis• Organizing Shipments by date and priority (LFD) • Communicate with all NJ/NY ports (64,88, GCT, NYCT, PNCT, REDHOOK, CSXT RAIL, etc.) • Scheduling bookings and overlooking vessel arrivals/departures (cutoffs, ERD) • Preparing Bills of Ladings for LTL shipments (Dry Vans)• Handling claims for damaged goods and containers. • Work closely with 3 other dispatchers and rotated shifts if necessary • Overlooking 55+ drivers using Samsara (gps) and Traffic control

• Schedule 22+ routes for the next business day• Create pick tickets for all Inbound and Outbound • Sent our pallet inventory reports using ASC software • Tracking and recording raw material and finished goods reports for the next shift • Updating customers on their containers/trailers/product they had available in our yard and warehouse. • Coordinating with forklift operators on driver check ins and door availability (25 doors).
