I am a transfer student at The University of Texas at Dallas and am proudly involved in UTD's Professional Program in Accounting and Beta Alpha Psi. I am looking forward to earning a Bachelor of Science in May 2022. Afterwards, I will continue my studies in the fast-track program becoming eligible to sit for the CPA Exam and earning a Master of Science in May 2023. Additionally, I am transitioning from my years of customer service, team/project management, and professional hospitality experience into a new career in the field of accounting. This is much in part because of my peculiar obsession in financial implications relevant to businesses and wealth management. The idea of making money has always been an inherent interest of mine and I think leveraging knowledge and making it applicable is one of the most direct ways to success. In regards to my passions, I enjoy challenge, innovation, socializing, sports, and learning something new outside of my normal life. I think you can grow as a person by slowly adding something new to your life. Community involvement is also another component of my life that I take pride in because it is an opportunity for me to help people in my community while also embracing my culture and background.I’m always looking to expand my network of contacts (especially with fellow UTD alumni—go Comets!), and meet like-minded individuals to gain as much knowledge and insight that I can.
