Full responsibility of segmentation project (segmentation of customer and shopper universe):-Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer and shopper behaviors and preferences.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including shopper marketing, channel execution, sales, and K&I to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies.-Create and manage project roadmap.-Utilize data and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize project outcomes.-Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- End to end product design of the collections.- Deciding on product roadmap and priorities.- Working closely with project, engineering and marketing teams.- Monitoring and management of internal collection employees and third party collection firms in Spain.- Documentation of the product manual.- Reviewing and managing contracts for new agreements.
