I'm a startup leader that loves a challenge. In 2014 I founded PocApp, a mobile game development studio that I have grown from a small noodle-fueled team of students into a successful game company, releasing 5 titles and amassing over 10+ million players worldwide. As a person I am driven, creative, focused and goal oriented. I don’t take myself too seriously and love having a good time. Challenging myself both mentally and physically are what keeps me motivated and in good spirits. My strengths include being an experienced leader, developing product strategies and doing what needs to be done, having a wide range of experience thanks to being both a developer, stakeholder and ultimately responsible for all the games PocApp has released. Being quick to learn and adapt is second nature to me from having had to learn new things daily and keeping up with the ever-changing mobile game landscape. Thanks to that I have significant experience in growing and developing teams, recruitment, HR, budgeting, game monetization and community development.I believe a healthy and well-functioning team lays the groundwork for great games and products which is why my leadership style is anchored in active listening, empathy, and effective communication. Together we can achieve greatness!
