Hired and coordinated with external research agency. ● Baseline for PSE in rural school - Managed the development of $18,000 worth of funding proposal to ascertain the baseline knowledge of child sexual abuse in rural India. Hired and coordinated with external research agencies.

AANGAN TRUST- Conducting desk based research on international and national laws on issues of harm to children and women for a district in Rajasthan. - Used international laws like CEDAW, CRC and national laws like Justice Verma Commission report, Juvenile Justice Act (2015). - Designing study for Aangan Trust for a district in Jharkhand on causes, consequences of school absenteeism and ways to reduce it. - Designed data collection tool (structured questionnaire) to gather data from different stakeholders like children, parents, and school officials. o Conceptualized and conducted research study in two juvenile residential facilities in Mumbai (India). Analyzed data for 105 juveniles, identified strengths and areas of improvement as well as contributed information about innovative and good practices from around the world. Findings resulted in a report titled “A real opportunity for change: What young offenders need and how probation officers respond”. o Surveyed employees of institutional home for children across the state of Maharashtra to identify gaps in skills of the staff.
