With over 13 years of experience in the field of IT solutions, I am currently the Manager Procurement at National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), Pakistan's largest public sector insurance company. In this role, I manage the procurement of goods and services as per requirements of the organisation with a team of officers in Head Office and Zonal Offices. I have good knowledge of PPRA rules and regulations and preparing professional bidding documents/RFP and managing bidding processes as Admin of E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) implemented by PPRA for public sector organisations and suppliers.I also have extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and presales activities, having worked on various complex tenders, presentations, and demonstrations for IT solution requirements from clients and stakeholders. I have successfully implemented and managed multiple IT projects, such as the migration of NICL's email system to Microsoft Exchange, the deployment of a centralized backup and disaster recovery solution, and the upgrade of the network and security infrastructure. I am passionate about providing innovative and cost-effective IT solutions that enable NICL to achieve its strategic goals and enhance itscompetitive edge in the insurance industry.
