- Planning, monitoring and coordinating wire harness production processes for sector giant customers (Toyota, Ford and Stellantis) operating in the automotive sector,- Calculating productivity metrics and evaluating performance, carrying out continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency in production lines,- Implementing Toyota Production System applications, leading Standard Work Assessment (SWA) applications and representing the production facility within the scope of digitalization projects,- In addition, participation in Corolla Door and Roof, Ford V710 Engine and V363E Fuel Tank projects; work in close coordination with the production team, other departments, supply chain and senior management.

- Contributing to the daily operation and projects of the departments by participating in management processes and activities, and gaining experience in the use of the ERP system,- Supporting the preparation of work order papers (job traveler), performing OEE analysis to evaluate the efficiency of the equipment, and providing suggestions for improving processes.

- Observation of 3D quality control measuring instruments, forming limit diagram (FLD) and method of material flow/feeding to stations and close examination of existing procedures,- Conducting examinations and researches on production processes, collecting and analyzing data and sharing the findings in presentation.
