IC Manufacturing Track Intern:- Designed step-by-step the manufacturing flow of MOSCaps (MOS Capacitors) from scratch.- Designed a litho mask for various sizes and capacitances of MOSCaps using Klayout - Went into Birck Nanotech Center's cleanroom for weeks to control and experience the customized manufacturing flow of the MOSCaps- Studied and designed ALD, PVD, photolithography, RIE, and device characterization steps for MOSCaps and industry standards for these manufacturing techniques- Got acquainted with various device characterization techniques- Helped with the preliminary design of a reactive ion etching machine.- Produced the only fully functional MOSCap set of the STARS program.- At the end of the program, selected by Texas Instruments as their Intern for the summer '23.

As the research fellow of the SoCET team within the SURF program (Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship), during this research, I built a wake-word model using TensorFlow Lite to run on the team's custom design chip AFTX06, with the purpose of running the model on latest tape-out, which has a more-limited memory than commercial micro-controllers and micro-processors. For the model, I established a one-layer neural network that utilizes the Heaviside activation function. At the end of the 10th week, I published my technical paper and presented my research and wake-word model results in the research symposium of SURF to the jury and symposium participants.

I was the co-founder and the secretary general of the very first UNICEF Club of my school and with this club, I aimed to make children acknowledge the importance of children’s rights by organizing activities for 20th of November (which is also known as the “International Children’s Day”) and made my school “go blue”.

Besides developing/designing its website, I was the head organizer of the very first French Model United Nations dedicated to middle schoolers in Ankara. The conference was consisted of nine comities, which are all in pursuit of finding solutions for world's most important problems such as worldwide famine and security issues, as well as economical-social development. Delegates who attended the conference not only improved their skills in French, but also had the opportunity to explore different points of view.
