    I have been CEO and Team Principal of the Mahindra Racing Formula E Team since ahead of its inaugural season in 2014/15. As one of ten founding teams – and the only Indian team – to compete in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, I have built the team from the ground up which has led to multiple race victories and podiums in the world’s first all-electric street racing championship. In addition to the day-to-day running of the team, my role encompasses the management of our sustainability program. Mahindra Racing is now the "Greenest Team in Motorsport" and the only team which is net Carbon Zero since inception. We were the first Formula E team to be awarded Two-Star on the FIA Sustainability Accreditation program and have recently become the first to achieve Three-Star, the highest accolade possible, by the governing body. The team is also only the second team globally to achieve this landmark moment. I am also responsible for our robust ‘Race to Road’ program. We take learnings from advanced technologies on the race track to apply it to Mahindra Group road cars, developing and promoting more sustainable transportation solutions. This includes the Automobili Pininfarina company, which is the creator of state-of-the-art luxury electric super and hypercars.I served on the Board of Directors since inception.
