As the customer relations executive for the customer base in several countries, responsible for maintaining a high level of service and relations with the customers. Within this positions, also had a great opportunity to build a training with the Service & Logistics manager. I have had the change to solely implement, plan, organise the training and fully train the new cs team for a period of 3 months. Besides this, due to the technical knowledge and sales acumen I acquired, I have been the product specialist for several product groups. Being the team Continous Improvement Agent and the European Continous Improvement Chammpion, I've had the pleasure of working with Continous Improvement programmes and staff. Within this programme I have implemented many improvement initiatives to enhance and improve the effectivity and productivity of the team.
