  Assisting the sous chef and seniors above in managing daily operations in the kitchen ,working as a relieve chef (tournant chef) who helps in the absence of other chef who is in their vacation or in off days.*Handling the sections like tandoor,wok,grill section (well known) ,following that pan section ,cold kitchen ,hot and cold breakfast.*Speciality in cooking the lamb(rotisserie),pork,beef,turkey,Peking duck by following the standard recipes learn from the Arabic chefs and cuisines.*Monitoring the special events like Maldivian ,thai,Indonesian,middle east nights and helping the sous chef to create the new menus and food costing.*monitoring the physical inventory in a right way and reducing the food wastage and overusage.*Assisting the dinner service when it's getting peak and helping to make the mis en place for the tomorrow service. *following the HACCP procedures in the proper way , cooking the meat items in a appropriate temperature following the HACCP. following FIFO ( first in first out) to reduce the food spoilage
