• Company’s qualification process during pre-document evaluation• Accurate and timely budget and cost management reports on finances.• Fulfilling pre-qualification & tender process during the tender evaluation • Lasing with the clients (govt./ private organizations) during the tender qualification process.• Reviewing the final agreement post tender process.• Good track record in handling govt. Authorities for getting the payments released.• Preparing proposals for various Banks/ Financial Institutions for project.• Working closely with Banks/ Financial Institutions for project appraisal/ entity appraisal of the project.• Ensuring compliance of sanction terms and due diligence of all the lenders.• Drafting Project Information Memorandums, project proposal presentations and various notes required during the appraisal of project.• Oversees financial functions to ensure that construction based financial activities comply with our requirements• Tenders / PQ Documentation preparation & verification.• Preparation and Updating of Business Development reports.• Follow up of Post tender activities like confirmation post work completed certificates from various projects.• Confirmation of Bank Guarantee / Bank certificates on finance related activities.• Preparation of Annual Business Development report & Tenders strike rate details.• Communicating with various govt. & public organizations in understanding the current market scenario and upcoming new projects.
