 Leadership and management of a team of up to 7 employees focusing on Capital Projects and O&G. To manage and execute all aspects of project management including Ocean/Air/Overland in the form of Air/LCL/FCL/OOG/HL full & part charter.  Responsibility of managing all budgets including both revenue and costs.  Responsible for Project / shipment bookings in all mode of transports (Air/Sea/Land) and ensure all transactions are covered in accordance to the local Operations processes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.  Accountability & management of all billing, cost control, credit control and securing of client payments. Responsibility of pricing for all RFQ documents incorporating pricing in all types of modes of transport across multiple sectors. Personally overseeing HL load / Discharge operations at port/airport/jobsite Extensive client / supplier / operator liaison covering global OOG / Project / Part Charter / Full Charter scope of works. Constructing and compiling detailed response for RFQs / RFIs / Bids / Proposals from global origins / destinations.

• Handle Local Ex-Im, Cross Trade & International Project shipments• Coordinate and execute contract shipments and other assigned individual jobs.• Getting rates from carriers and quote to customers.• Coordinate with Overseas Agents, Carriers and Ports etc for negotiating better rates and services in line with trade.• Preparation of invoices and follow-up on collection.• Expert in handling Cross Trade shipments.• Expert in handling ship spares. • Expert in C&F.• Expert in shipments towards CIS destinations.• Expert in performing Sea /Land/Air - Import & Export operations.• Expert in handling LCL / Console / OOG / Chartering shipments.• Expert in Shipping Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Petrochemicals. • Knowledge of Import & Export Documentation.• Handled purchasing activities of buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies for GAC Turkmenistan.• Maintaining existing customers for repetitive business.• Knowledge of ISO9001: 2000, OHSAS 18001.Currently member of internal audit team for ISO 14001 & OSHSAS 18001.
