NRI Direct: NRI Direct is a joint venture between ICICI bank and Commercial bank of Qatar. Was deputed to Qatar by ICICI Bank to set up sales & operations structure for Retail Banking. Have been instrumental and actively involved in setting up the operations for the bank.Lead a team of 10 sales persons and am responsible for the incremental sales and new relationship acquisitions. Enjoy marketing coupled with service. Source foreign currency deposits for offshore Units (India, Singapore, Bahrain & United Kingdom) Source Home Loan for NRI’s Creating awareness of online stock trading through presentations and selling web trade solutions. Various third party products such as structured note, global mutual funds, hedge funds etc. Co-ordinating with various Commercial Bank branches for business. Co-ordinating with exchange houses for business. Corporate tie-ups for better solutions for NRI’s in various companies.

 In charge of Phone Banking Operations for Deposit Skill as Team Manager and Product Champion, comprising to a total of 250 member team. Apart from that I was handling a team of 20 members. All the Product and process related information to Hyderabad centre is followed & implemented by me. Responsibilities included rolling out new process and getting the same implemented across the centres of Mumbai & Hyderabad Coordinating with the product team to get the first hand information on new product launch/changes in the existing product and rolling out the same to the floor. Handled a special team called Projects.
