Current> Developing a broad understanding of a customer’s implementation of technology by reviewing, reproducing, troubleshooting possible root causes, and escalating customer reported issues.> Coordinating for escalations with vendors and any new product requirement while collecting feedback from the users. Providing Level 2 Tech support for 3PAR and EVA products and related solutions.> Providing training to team to develop technical skills and account-centric support for critical escalations. > Contributing to automation, training, product improvement program
