• Having 3.2 Years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant in the SAP R/3 Implementation& Support.• One SAP implementation and two support Projects Experience includes Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live and Post Go-live Support Phases.• Participated in a number of user meetings which involved study of Business process, gathering and documenting requirements.• Good working knowledge of ASAP Methodology and good in analyzing 'AS IS' & 'TO BE' status of the client and suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation.• Having good working experience on PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll Modules.• Having good working experience on US & India Payrolls.• Having good working experience on Gap Analysis, Functional Specification, User Exists and involved in documentation part.• Good working knowledge on PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas (U000 & TM04).• Proven as Team player with strong attention to detail and client focus. Outstanding analytical and troubleshooting abilities with good interpersonal and written communication skills.
