I have always been an outdoor guy who is involved in some form of sports and physical activity ever since my childhood and kick-startedmy training journey 12 years back and understood the science behind the training and how it's related to my life on a day to day ..It gave me a different perspective to look at life on staying consistent in whatever we do and get steady and focus on our goal and keep striving on it without getting distracted which is exactly what we do in fitness ..When I discovered this side of training and how relatable it is to our life, all that I wanted to do is to share this beautiful way of living to the people around and create a big Positive influence in their life which gave me an intense amount of satisfaction ..I am in the process of working on myself, sculpting to a better version of myself and create a world of Positive difference to a bigger audience and grow together and have a win-win approach by leading our beautiful people to the right path on their lifestyle, nutrition and mental health..
