• Understand the client’s needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner.• Post job requirements on the Job Boards to increase candidate pool.• Prepare the candidates with client interview process.• Maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads.• Responsibilities include sourcing, identifying & screening candidates for permanent positions. • Sourcing the resumes from various job boards like Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder, Tech Fetch and Social Networking sites like LinkedIn.• Experience in using different ATS (Application Tracking Systems) like Ciepal.• Responsible for short-listing suitable candidates against requirement. • Responsibilities include direct sourcing from Job postings, Boolean search strings, and cold calling.• Finding and matching prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and availability with the requirement.• Scheduling the interviews of the candidates and follow up on the feedbacks. • Salary negotiation. • Follow-up of candidates and ensure the position is closed within the available time in coordination with our Sourcing and Technical team. • Maintaining database on various skill sets. • Maintaining monthly reports to track the entire database covering the whole life cycle of the recruitment.• Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative Medias like social sites, personal network and knowledge-base to identify qualified candidates for W2 Full Time Requirements.
