Reporting to : Head of Customer Services – FUSOMain Objective:Responsible for preparing, conducting & evaluating technical training programsExecute training programs designed by Fuso AcademyEnsuring Compliance and Business Ethics according to Laws and Daimler rules and regulationsResponsibilities:> Execute DTA training programs based on the annual training plan provided by Fuso Academy HQ to General Distributors Middle East and Africa> Organize and conduct Onsite Technical Training and TTT courses within all countries of Middle East and Africa Region> Preparation & execution of training courses throughout the year> Evaluation of trainees and training course reporting> Monthly report on training activities that take place at the regional training center> Maintenance & management of training facilities, equipment (training center, service tools, audio visual devices, office supplies, upgrading of MUT/FD software)> Preparation of training materials (simulators, cut-away models, training modules, presentation software files)> Inform distributors of the upcoming training calendar to ensure maximum enrollment> Maintain training records for all participants> Comply with the Daimler standards, health and safety procedures> Safeguard compliance measures implemented> Monthly reporting into the Fuso academy> Schedule setting for training courses
