The Oman Botanic Garden is a world-class botanical research and development institute that showcases Oman’s flora. It features two Glass Biomes, designed by Grimshaw Architects and engineered by Arup, which demonstrate the diversity of Oman’s botanical experience through a blend of modern architecture, engineering synergy, natural exposure, and state-of-the-art audio-visual interpretation.As a Technical Coordinator, I serve as the focal point of contact between the client, consultant, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. I manage the final review and release of technical engineering documents to contractors using Aconex online workflow. I coordinate technical review meetings, facilitate consultant contractor engagement, and engage in material review and approval processes. I also assist and guide team members in various disciplines, including quantity surveying, interpretation, landscape, and civil engineering, to ensure coordinated workflow and fast resolutions. Additionally, I am part of a strategic team focused on operations management, facilities management, marketing management, and investments.
