- Monitor & managing temperature, powering of Data Center, UPS Room and readiness status of related firedetection and suppression systems.- Monitoring IT Infrastructure environment i.e: (Devices, Links, Servers, Routers)- Execute Data backup jobs of various systems as per SOP or as directed.- Resolve Operational and close of business operations (COB) issues with the coordination of technical teams.- Monitoring of internet links bandwidth utilization and share hourly and weekly reports to the SBP and concerned teams.- Cooling, temperature & humidity monitoring.- Maintain & manage visitors/ vendor logs.- Perform shift duty according to duty roster at data center facility for 24x7 operations.- Perform duties on non-working hours/days as and when required.

• Data Center / SAN / Blade Chassis / UPS monitoring.• Movement and creation of Tapes on Data Domain virtual tape library for daily and monthlydata backup in coordination with relevant department.• Assembling, de-assembling of IT Racks, servers hardware, network equipment & devices.• Monitor temperature of UPS rooms and data centers and readiness status of related firedetection and suppression systems.• Configuration of IDRAC & ILO on servers.• Configuration of RAID levels on servers.• Installation of OS in servers.• Fiber & Ethernet Cabling Termination / Tagging & connectors crimping.• Cooling, temperature & humidity monitoring• Maintaining of documentation related to IT Asset movement and gate pass.• Maintain inventory management.• Maintain complain logs / Align vendor for DC equipment.• Perform shift duty according to duty roster at data center facility for 24x7 operations.• Perform duties on non-working hours/days as and when required.
