Marketing Manager
CurrentCustomer Base: B2Bs in Lithuania and FinTechs in Global -Develop and implement marketing strategies and processes in alignment with organizational goals.-Communicate marketing objectives efficiently with Management Board and encourage cooperation, knowledge-sharing, cross-training, and cross-selling between departments.-Coordinate and manage the PR process to a wide audience internationally to promote our wide range of services.-Utilize digital marketing and more specifically content marketing, SEO and performance marketing to create leads for business lines.-Create coverage on media with special stories and utilize social media actively to create strong engagement.-Agree and deliver marketing objectives for both internal and external parties.-Build marketing actions targeting associations, chambers etc. to create lead opportunities and increase brand awareness and reputation.-Host finance events to build position as an opinion leader in targeted markets.-Provide insightful reporting for the Management Boards and Supervisory Board.-Proactively manage reputation risks and prepare the bank for crisis management for any possible risks.-Manage all kind of Graphic Design, Copywriting, Videography, Web Management, Social Media and --Campaign Management, Promotion, Product Design, Brand Management, Marketing Automation, Market Research activity of the Bank.-Work with CRM/Sales/BPM Managers to design, implement, monitor, and maintain efficient processes on our Sales and CRM activity.-Supporting department heads in building business development strategies and action plans.-Utilizing framework, create and drive client and new logo contact and account development strategies; encouraging, supporting activities in order to achieve targets.-Maximize cross-selling opportunities across divisions and jurisdictions.-Maximize the use of technology to deliver enhanced reporting.
