Joined the team during the corporate loan migration Project and was responsible for creating the collateral modules from scratch. Said module consisted of 40+ screens, 80+ tables, and about 60+ reports and remains as one of the largest modules in the corporate loan system. I was the primary software developer and Project leader and developed the module using the java Graymound framework on Eclipse and PL/SQL on Oracle 10-11g. During the 2 years it took for the migration project to complete, I was later added as a project leader and developer for the critical corporate loan allocation module. Starting from December 2015, with the completion of our migration project, I got promoted to Team Leader and my responsibilities and number of modules I’m responsible for have increased every year since then.As I am coming to the end of my 5th year as a part of our Banking Software Solutions team, I play a pivotal role as the lead to a team of 4, overseeing the largest and most complicated modules of our corporate loan mechanism: Collaterals, Rating, Loan Proposal, Application and Allocation.As of last year, I am also leading a team of 3 on another project for electronic guarantee letters with the partnership of KKB (Kredi Kayıt Bürosu). I oversee the software development, data modelling, process design and reporting aspects as well as attending management sessions and meetings regarding the project lifecycle.

Started working as a junior software developer and was responsible with maintenance, development and reporting aspects of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems of ING Bank Telephone Banking infrastructure. Later on, I was also assigned to be the primary software developer of the web banking system as well. I developed various modules and processes using Visual Basic, java and JSP.After the ING Bank projects got finalized, I was promoted to Project Leader and became one of the primary developers for vehicle loan allocation systems of Orfin Finansman, an associate of Oyak Renault. I was responsible for the development of the web-based dealer modules using Java JSP and Ajax methods and technologies. I was also overseeing the IVR aspect of the same project and primary developer of the reporting and Visual Basic based customer service monitoring application.In addition to my existing projects I was also the sole responsible software developer in the OCR project we’ve done for METRO Grossmarket with the partnership of KOFAX Turkey. I developed a java-based connector agent between KOFAX’s OCR product and METRO’s Germany based servers. I also managed the communications between the German and Turkish software development teams.Before I left the company in 2013, I played a pivotal role in a team of 5 as a team lead and senior software developer for GİB (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı – Revenue Administration) supported E-Fatura (E-Invoice) project. Developed a full product consisting of applications and solutions, using technologies like J2EE, Axis2 web services and SQL server, for implementing invoice automation according to GİB’s legal regulations and requirements.

Throughout the 1 year I worked in Warshaw Group, I was the single software developer responsible for the Visual Basic based budget allocation application for SEIU Childcare Fund. I also attended several project coordination and product development meetings for the Fund in various locations in New York City. I was closely in communication with the end users as well as the company management in order to provide efficient solutions for their need in a timely manner.I also attended international meetings for product development and marketing alongside my managers on behalf of my company.
