- Contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives and team engagement related to DG ECHO- Monitor and disseminate ECHO funding opportunities; coordinate between National and Country Offices for effective grant applications and implementation- Conduct grants training, perform analyses of ECHO grants, and maintain updated databases to track funding trends and opportunities- Represent Plan at meetings with European Institutions and civil society networks

- Working on M&E across all programs of the International Area and for our partners of Human Rights Institutes globally - Responsibility for platforms and content, including the Learning Hub on the Institute website- Capacity trainings for partners - Ad hoc support on projects with our partners in different parts of the world

- Perform KYC due diligence in compliance with Pleo’s policies and procedures to detect any fraud or risks associated with their businesses- Maintain accurate data and investigate potential risks- Reporting and screening of Politically-Exposed Person (PEP) and Sanctions lists

- Supporting the Division of Production, Productivity and Management - Support for regional and international cooperation and coordination activities. - Data collection, support in different researches and bibliographic compilation, supporting preparations for courses, editing reports, meeting with local municipalities

- Drafting of research papers and policy papers in the area of Fundamental Rights (New Digital Education Action Plan, EU Gender Equality Strategy, GAP III, AI and Fundamental Rights, EU Commission White Paper on AI)- EU policy monitoring
