Small LLC with one employee which tries to solve client problems using Microsoft technologies.

I served as EMEA region manager and Senior developer. Working with OrangeeBees expanded my knowledge in area of software engineering and corporate management. Beside serving as full stack developer I was responsible for talent hunting and local company. I am specially proud EMEA office managed to grow from two people to eight people in two years. In that time with support of USA office we managed to incorporate same views and desires, as main result we had a big opportunity to work in multicultural environment. Company gave me opportunity to work on following projects: - PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America): job included bug fixing and introducing new modules.- BMW PPot - Plant optimization tool for BMW America- HiveAES - pilot project for managing human resources- GrowFinancial - covered Angular application with Unit tests- HoneyBrain - innovation project used in manufacturing to verify product quality using AI. I am thankfull to our chief Architect for passing great deal of his idea and knowledge which led me in right direction in front end architecture for Configuration UI.- Fusion Audio and Video Estimator Tool - this application was rewritten from scratch several times (both front end and back end), I managed (with help my collegue Ivan Pende) to rewrite complete project in two months and save project from failure.

Worked as Senior C# developer in Bullhorn division on Erecruit solution (complete back office solution used mostly in USA under BullHorn trademark). My job included working on bug tickets, mobile solution, data integration and adding new features. My biggest contribution was in resolving bug with approval paths module where little or no documentation was provided. Old solution used mix of database triggers and code logic to move data in correct state. With management support and close work with our team lead I successfully migrated old solution to modular parts and covered business logic with Unit tests.

3 Stars Technology gave me opportunity to push my knowledge of programming to the limit. I participated in several projects where customization of XTEL was required (world leading SasS platform for consumer packaged goods companies). Projects:- Beiersdorf Italy- Campari Italy- Nestle USA

I served as lead developer in small team of three people. We had to implement data visualization project for Generali insurance group. Application had a single purpose to display ownership portfolio of different companies under Generali umbrella.

I started cooperation with Hloop as part time employee while I was working as IT auditor because I wanted to keep my coding skills. Company was a startup at the time with visionary project which could bring fresh air to Pharma recruiting. I started first on small bug fixes but soon company owner offered me a CTO position which I accepted and soon started working closely with CTO on ideas how to improve existing application, also, I had opportunity to participate in job interviews for external developers. Special achievement: Using the skills I acquired in PBZ I managed to provide enough evidence which helped CTO to restore some of the money from agency which overcharged their services.

This role was outside of software engineering field but non the less I had opportunity to meet some of most hardworking people. Whole IT Auditing department counted 4 people and we were responsible to perform audit for whole IT system. While working there I learned also how to use COBIT and NIST standards, prepare documentation, conduct interviews and writing summary reports.

My main day to day job was to provide professional services to some of the biggest clients in Italy. Beside my daily job as developer I had a great joy working as mentor with interns from local college. Today those young people have successful career, some of them also become senior developers.Short job history:- Generali Italy: Fortune 500 company headquartered in Trieste / Italy. I helped to implement functionality for massive data upload.- ABB Italy - worked as full stack developer on custom tool for purchasing goods. Project itself was in production over 15 years with a ton of integrated technologies like Ninject, Kendo components. Over time I helped to migrate some parts of application to more modern Microsoft MVC.- Criff Italy - served as Senior C# developer on Mr. Credit project, daily job included working on SQL Server part, UI using MVC C# and JQuery. Internal projects: Pilot project for company hourly tracking system. Primary goal was to test how .NET Core and new Angular framework can be used for other projects.

Worked on IHIS (Integral Hospital Information System) as full stack developer on bug fixing, adding new modules and extending existing functionalities using Microsoft technologies. Primary language was C# but because of software complexity and long presence on the market older technologies were used (Visual Basic 6 and Silverlight). I had opportunity to work on several key modules like central patient information registry, nurse documentation, dietetic module and billing. I am really thankful I got a change to resolve a data synchronization bug which caused too much food was ordered from central kitchen which caused unnecessary food wastage (order amount exceed patient needs). Also, opportunity was given to me when new hospital acquired IHIS so I can teach users how to use software.
