As a HR executive working for V S Information Systems (Pvt) Ltd.'s VS Group, I apply the knowledge that I acquired from my HR education at FCHRM, ACHRM, DPHRM, CIHRM, and CQHRM (Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management) from CIPM. I'm also currently pursuing a BA (Hons) Business Administration in International Business from University of Bedfordshire UK, which helps me advance my knowledge and support the operations of the company. Having worked as a customer service representative for a year, I have improved my skills in dealing with potential customers. I have worked as a Technical Recruiter in HR for more than two years, and during that time I have developed my skills in screening, sourcing, and technical recruiting for both international and Sri Lankan candidates. I have also gained experience working with HCL Tech in Malaysia, Mexico, and Guatemala. While I am employed with V S Information Systems (Pvt) Ltd, I am also learning how to handle various HR functions like onboarding, employee engagement, and employee branding and Training & Development. My enthusiasm for learning more about HR and exploring new areas in other HR operations keeps me going. My objective is to develop along with the ever-changing field of human resources, expanding my knowledge base and improving my ability to support the development of the organization.
