Handled two projects during 6 month contract. One project was Hatch Open House mentoring program which supports startups to get mentoring sessions in different aspects. With that was able to help lots of startups to find the best mentor with their pain points .as well as created a Notion page for all the Hatch mentors to give a better idea about mentors. The next project was the Spiralation 21 cohort which was a partnership that had with ICTA Sri Lanka. was the program coordinator with helping 20 startups to achieve their targets and complete the program successfully .
