Key team member of back office suite of applications used in the bank for calculating critical capital risk component and determine capital adequacy which is used by various internal downstream systems to submit reports for external regulators to ensure stability of the financial system and to protect interest of investors and clients Responsible for timely processing of strategic and tactical data coming from Front Office and Middle Office systems and generation of external reports for different external regional regulatory bodies like FINMA, FEDERAL BANK, MAS, PRA etc. within SLA Regularly debug codes (Oracle/Shell script/Control-m/Informatica/AXIOM) to identify data quality issue reported by business users or during scheduled batches for data processing Investigate audit queries raised by regulatory bodies on reports submitted by analyzing the codes and logics for OBIEE reports or AXIOM SSL tool and provide resolution Make code changes in production environment run time to provide fix to critical issues having potential financial/reputational/regulatory impact to the bank Weekly review and preventive analysis of recurring issues and highlight code change suggestions to development team to identified defects Working with environment management and different infrastructure team to procure new servers, configure and onboard to production environment Participate in yearly Business Continuity management activities and coordinate with different team beginning with preparation of DR run book, review plan for the fail over to DR and failback to production and finally executing on scheduled day hands-on knowledge in Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem and support batches built in its component using Sqoop, Spark, Impala Implement and practice key ITIL process – incident mgmt., problem mgmt., change mgmt.

Regular responsibilities include Supporting and administration of EMC Documentum based content management system tools built in java on WDK platform. Regular activities included support in installation of new content servers and docbase, configuring Documentum jobs, creation of ACL and user groups as per the requirement for new on boarding tools. Support included configuration and maintenance of desktop based out of the box tools from EMC - My Documentum for Outlook, My Documentum for Desktop. Coordination with development and infra team to drive the implementation.

Leading a team of 10 members working from Offshore Delivery Center over sighting all the client deliverables along with internal management delivery and handling company programs and initiatives. Attending to user queries on the issues and answering with the appropriate analyzed results and initiating and driving conference calls in case of major issues. Updating users with continuous updates during major outages impacting business and preparing root because reports with the detailed root cause analysis. Prepared UNIX scripts for automating manual tasks. Modification and debug Sybase store procedures for the reports. Initiating weekly and daily status meeting with Clients on the issues for that day/week. Reference tickets raised for issues are firmly followed up with other groups for resolution and closing them in time.

Proving support the core data hub of the asset management line of business for the client. Regular duties included overnight support for reconciliation and processing accounts positions, Troubleshoot the issues during the overnight batch and put fixes. Working along with Development team to migrate the overnight batch from Websphere/Java environment to Informatica ETL. Handled creation of Informatica repositories, integration services, Data Source connections, covering dry runs, troubleshooting and put fix along with development team. Attending user issue related to web application, work with related infra parties and development for immediate fix. Coordinating RCA calls and drive till permanent fix of issues.
