•Preparation of estimate as per CPWD, PWD and Railway Schedule of Rates. •Experience in preparation of rate analysis based on CPWD, PWD and railway manual and market rate. Tender Rate Quoting for item rated tender and percentage rated tender after analyzing the rate of items considering market rates of materials, labours and transportation with other cost based on site survey. Participation in the tender as per NIT criteria after studying architectural drawing, general terms & condition of contract, clauses of contract, specification etc. applicable for different Govt. & non- Govt. Organizations. •Study of assigned working drawings (Architectural and Structural) before starting work and at the time of execution. •Making of drawings and sketches as required time to time at the time of execution. •Experience in surveying and leveling i/c contour map. •Experience in Site selection, Site Survey, Soil Testing, Preparation of constructional drawing (Architectural and Structural), estimate and entire supervision of the project layout (by manual/ theodolite machine) as per drawing. •Experience in the Isolated, stepped, strip and combined footing and raft foundation.•Experience in Earth cutting (by manual / excavator machine) and Earth filling (by manual / machine and compacted by power roller layer wise) •Execution and Supervision of various civil works as per constructional drawings, specifications, manuals, terms & conditions of contract and agreement schedule of CPWD, PWD and Railway.
