Dilip has three decades of experience in Business Operations, Training and Management Consulting across industries. He has worked in diverse roles which include leading key projects and team’s right from the start up stage. He has extensive experience in driving strategy, people and business management. Almost half his career he has worked in the capital markets and banking operations in various banks and financial institutions. These include start up roles at HDFC Bank, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. After leading financial operations and driving change projects in Cash and Securities for India and international markets, Dilip set up and led the JP Morgan training and development team for India. He was responsible for all training and performance improvement initiatives across Leadership Development, Products and New Hire Induction. Thus, he is a classic mix of business operations and organizational development experience which brings both people insights and high execution governance to the table. Since 2011, as Founder Director at Hyphen T & C Pvt Ltd., Dilip drives the business development, design and implementation of customized performance improvement consulting solutions. He has cross industry experience apart from his expertise in the Banking / Securities / Fintech domain.Organizational Development Acumen : As the Training Head for JP Morgan India, Dilip also was also responsible for Organizational Development (OD). He implemented the OD framework for TSS India which was a large project across all levels and locations to build and implement the competency and related OD framework. Dilip has over the past years implemented performance improvement and talent development solutions to cross cultural groups across India, HK, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia & UAE.
