I have worked in the FnB Industry since my first employment when I was 15 years, worked at several different different restaurants and settled at myBurgerlab when i was 18. Joined management as a Part timer supervisor one year into the job and full time management a year later after completing College. Had the opportunity to learn a lot of leadership and soft skills, i am able to manage and motivate the team confidently towards a common goal through guidance on a personal and group level. I am comfortable working on the ground level and interacting with customers, working BOH is not an issue for me as well. I am willing to learn and explore more aspect to what the industry has to offer.
